Should your SoundTube Entertainment product require service, please complete and submit this form, or e-mail us directly at returns@soundtube.com, and a customer service representative will get in touch with you.
Products cannot be returned without prior authorization, and cannot be accepted unless authorized. When requesting parts, please remember to specify the color to ensure you receive the correct part.
Quality Assurance Notice: SoundTube does not ship replacement parts for dARTS, SolidDrive, or Induction Dynamics products. To maintain our strict performance standards, these specific products should only be repaired in-house.
