Shipping Policies
Domestic Orders
Upon PO and/or payment receipt, in-stock products typically ship the following business day, given the PO and/or payment is received by 12:00 PM (Noon) CST.
SoundTube outbound packages are shipped domestically through UPS or FedEx. Larger orders are often shipped via pallet freight, providing customers with deeper shipping discounts, and the products with a safer voyage.
International Orders
Orders leaving the US will typically ship within two business days of PO receipt and/or payment. SoundTube partners with several forwarders to ensure global delivery.
Operational Notes: Customers will receive immediate notification of any shipping delay incurred at the SoundTube facility. Transit times and rates vary based on carrier. We will ship orders on a customer's FedEx or UPS accounts upon request.
Please make sure a consignee is available to receive your shipment. SoundTube will not be responsible for any costs due to returned shipments.
