SoundTube Return Policy
updated: August 2026Please review the below return policy carefully and confirm policy guidelines to proceed. Once SoundTube receives the returned merchandise, the items will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with the below requirements and additional restocking fees may apply. Please note restocking fees are additive rather than compounding.
Return Timeframes & Fees
No returns for credit will be authorized after 90 days from the date of original shipment.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged to UNOPENED boxes between 0-90 days.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged to OPENED boxes between 0-90 days.
If Reseller places an order at the same time as the return for twice the dollar amount (or more), the base restocking fee (#1 or #2 above) will be waived. All other terms and conditions in the Return Policy still apply.
Condition & Packaging Requirements
The reseller is responsible for all return freight to SoundTube and all product(s) must be returned in original packaging and condition.
If the product(s) are damaged in any way, the reseller will be charged the full amount to repair or replace the product(s) in addition to the restocking fee.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging and free of external markings or labels (with the exception of shipping labels).
Items returned without original packaging or otherwise damaged or unusable packaging are subject to an additional 10% restocking fee. Please be careful not to cover, remove, or otherwise deface any external product labels (including barcodes and serial numbers) which will trigger the additional 10% restocking fee.
SoundTube is unable to accept products that have been installed or modified.
Items returned without the original hardware or accessories are subject to an additional 15% restocking fee or cost of the missing item(s).
DOA & Defective Items
Items received as Dead-On-Arrival or not functioning properly are eligible for return for credit at SoundTube’s shipping expense for up to 45 days after the date of original shipment.
Past 45 days, customer or reseller is responsible for all return freight to SoundTube. There will be no base restocking fee but additional restocking fees may apply.
Alternatively, items received as DOA or not functioning properly are eligible for repair or replacement in accordance with SoundTube’s Warranty Policy.
Item must be returned in its original carton.
Items returned as DOA or not functioning properly and determined to be No-Fault-Found will be billed at the cost of shipping plus an additional 10% restock fee.
Refund Process & Authorizations
All accepted returns will be booked as “credit on account.” No cash or check reimbursements are allowed.
If no response, return authorizations will be closed after 90 days from the date of this email. If applicable, advanced replacement invoices will be due then.
SoundTube reserves the right to reject returns or refuse credit for any returned items not meeting the above requirements.
